Volunteer Training Process
A Hearts & Hands staff member will facilitate your initial 1-hour training for volunteering with us. At this time, you will be provided a copy of our volunteer training manual.
Volunteers will be provided with additional training opportunities on a quarterly basis to expand their knowledge and skills in assisting older adults.
Training Academy Videos
Our Training Academy videos have been created with volunteers in mind on best practices for assisting care recipients. We hope you will find use in these videos and that they will better enhance your volunteer experience.
