A young person and senior woman hold hands; senior support services

Hello! Welcome to
Hearts and Hands

We see neighbors helping neighbors to live independent and healthy lives.

Founded in 2003, Hearts and Hands connects caring, reliable volunteers with older community members who have essential needs such as transportation, in-home supports, and companionship to ensure they can continue living independently. Volunteers provide services that allow care recipients to uphold their dignity, improve their quality of life, enhance their ability to live in their primary home of choice, and to assist their caregivers.

I have reached a level of personal freedom and independence that never would have been possible without Hearts & Hands. They have truly changed my life.
